Traditional Brewing

How to Brew
the Right Way.

Boil the Water

Bring fresh, clean water to a full boil. Use filtered water for the best taste.

Add Coffee

Add 1–2 tablespoons of ground Barako per cup. Adjust to your preferred strength.

Boil Together

Boil the coffee in the water for 2–3 minutes. This is what brings out the strong, bold flavor.

Strain & Serve

Pour through a strainer before drinking. Enjoy hot and savor the full aroma.

Important Note

This is not instant coffee. AJ's Premium Pure Barako is a traditional ground coffee that requires boiling and straining. The extra step is worth it — you'll taste the difference immediately.
